i have quite a few and i dont know how to remove them without having them professionally removed

their not shoe scuff marks they are more like scratches on the plastic of the interior and they look like white crayon

Yea use WD-40, destroy the interior of your car.
Or get some goo gone, that will destroy it too.
Or gt some PREP-SOL and it will wipe right off.

Shoe scuff marks on plastic door trim or dash can be removed with WD-40 pretty well or use one of those Magic Eraser type of products....any kind of micro fiber cleaning cloth will work good. And follow up with a cleaning of soap and water then a wipe down with car interior cleaner from a parts store.

are they foot prints on the ceiling ?

white spirits will work well, get some from your hardware store
