I feel that it would not be as popular ,not due to the subject matter but there has been many years of advertising and other promotion done in magazines ,on T.V. etc. for the Hooters empire. The name you chose for the restaurant to compare to Hooters might be another reason for the lack of popularity. Change the name, provide mega advertising and give it a few years to catch on with the public and the media and you could have a chance at success. But as I said earlier... Just starting a restaurant with that name is tacky.

Novel idea...but I think I will pass. Men are the ones that need visual stimulation. Women are more emotional. Give me a guy dressed to the nines in a nice suit or tux. YESSSSSS!!!

But no it wouldn't because women just aren't as desperate as men. It would prolly turn in to an "alternative" restaurant. If that happened...THEN it would be successful.
