yes you can take it. it only has herbal ingredients in it. I have heard of people taking it when they are close to labour. some find it helpful to take.
best of luck with the driving test hope you pass!!!!!!!!!!

The alcohol content shouldn't be a problem, but some herbs can be abortifacient and should be used with caution during pregnancy, though at 33 weeks you should be fine. Call NHS direct, they may be able to advise you more quickly than the doctor, but do check with him too, just to be sure.
I took RR for my driving test - it was really useful. :)
Good luck!

"no it's not alcohol, it's natural plant extracts, i'm not stupid!"
Mmm hmm.
"The remedies contain an infinitesimal amount of flower material in a 50:50 solution of water and brandy."
NOT that that tiny amount of brandy is going to somehow be bad.
Sure, take it if you like; it's not like there's enough of anything in it to make a difference.
"However, controlled studies have found the flower remedies are no more effective than a placebo."
I mean, if it makes you feel better to take something, take it. It's not going to hurt, because it doesn't contain enough of anything to hurt or harm.
This page:
http://www.bachcentre.com/centre/pregnant.htm
talks about them like they actually do work; it's pretty amusing. "...mum will find it a help as well and may be able to cope with rather less gas and air than she was expecting." All hail the placebo effect!

I knew someone that was recommended to take rescue remedy through labour to help calm her then so that would lead me to think that it would be okay. Ask someone at a herbal remedy shop or health food shop.

Isn't rescue remedy a concentration of alcohol? I don't think I would risk it. Do some breathing exercises instead.
