No, not everyone experiences the same symptoms, and not at the same time.

When i first found out I was pregnant, I had mild cramping and I was falling asleep at work lol NO nausea. I have gotten sick 3 times my entire pregnancy (27 weeks now) and two times i blame on the prenatal vitamins i took an hour earlier (on an empty stomach) and the other one i ate way too much way too fast!

Don't worry about not having symptoms... just be happy!

and as far as the mild cramps to one side, that is most likely the side the egg was fertilized on... If the pain is persistent or sever and/or accompanied by bleeding I would call your doctor... that is sign of ectopic pregnancy.

Good Luck, and congratulations!!!

That's normal. I am 2-1/2 months pregnant with twins and I have had no nausea, vomiting or anything. If you just found out, you probably aren't very far along yet. It could still come. Be thankful while you feel good.

The mild cramping is normal. It's cause by your uterus and ligaments stretching to make room for the baby to grow. If the pain is severe and accompany by any bleeding or spotting then you should consult the dr right away.

Have you been drinking enough water? When you're pregnant you need to drink more water. You can get dehydrated easily and this causes pain on your left side. Get some water down you, maybe some gatorade. See if that helps any.
