okay what are your reasons for wanting to stop?:
religious? write down the promises of overcoming sin from the Bible
health (depletion of energy)? slack up on red meats and sexual libidio products.
The reason anyone masturbates is because they have TOO MUCH time Alone. If one wants to stop, start hanging around people and don't give yourself too much Alone time, keep busy.

You need to want to stop it; what will help you accomplish it would be, to shift your energy into other type of activities, that will be productive and give you satisfaction, As we all are very self centred, we only think in what can give us pleasure, and this is an easy way to get it immediately, however the way it leaves you after words is nothing you feel proud of, otherwise you would not be asking how to stop it, if you were to do kind deeds for others that will give you a higher trill than what you get from this behaviour, think about all the rich and famous that were unhappy; the way they changed was when they cared for others less fortunate. Activities that could help to keep your head off this might be something like jogging, swimming, cutting grass. Be with healthy people that want to change the world for the good of others, that is the best help you can find out there. Be careful what you watch and think.
We all have the same problem in general with any type of situation; is like having two dogs a good one and a bad one inside, which ever we feed the most is the one who is going to win. Which one are you going to feed? God bless you!

C'mon, dude. Are you serious? How old are you? 13?
First you walk over to an open window. Then you place your boy part in the open window sill. Then you quickly slam the window down onto your boy part! This should keep you from touching it for a while. Not to mention, you will be very glad with the results of making it even bigger than before the window slam. It may hurt a little when you urinate. Well, there is no harm in doing it! except for the psychological point of view, where mostly you feel guilty or thinking why not wasting this in a real pleasure with a real woman.
So, best solution as my friend before me said.. get laid!
If you have a partner as some are so addicted to masturbation that they masturbate even when they have a partner.
Then I suggest not to stay indoor, attach your self to as many as you can of out-door activity, sports, conferences, work, or even simple entertainment like concert, theater or cinema.

Why would you? It feels good don't it. Why not try having sex more often. That might make both of you feel better instead of just one getting all the pleasure if you know what I mean. Your partner I'm sure would like to get in on the fun.

took me like 5 years to get myself to stop doing it about 5 times a day....down to something like twice a month now
1) you MUST stop looking at porn. it gets in teh way of life anyway. porn is bad
2) whenever you get the urge immediately start doing something to occupy yourself - dont use the computer for this
3) resist the temptation <-- thats the hardest part
