Lots of people are born with extra body parts and do not even know it. My wife had an Xray a few years back to check out a lump in her neck and they found she had an extra rib. If I had the choice I would have an extra heart.

I met a woman who said that she was born with an extra nipple on her foot. I guess that's better than an extra big toe on her breast!

Another brain....
so it could be meditating, planning or resting, while I used my regular brain just to get through the day.
Now, I'd have to figure out a way to "sync" them every few hours or so, to really maximize my extra body part, but I'm sure my extra brain could figure this out!

An extra eye behind my head, of someone sneaks up behind me they practically make me piss my pants. Dont know what it is about an un-expected scare.
