What type of bra would lift my breasts and pull them together?

I am 28 years old and have tried many bras in the past but as you can see in my picture, they are still hanging low.

i have the same problem- i found at Lane Bryant (and no i'm not a huge woman) they have a bra called the No. 6 bra! its awesome! i wear it all the time- its a little bulkier than normal bras but it holds my heavy huge breasts up and in! AND you can change the straps to adjust to any kinda of top and it comes with clear straps!
and i would personally stay clear of minimizer bras- they dont do what you want- they flatten and make you look funny.

Try a minimizer bra. That will help somewhat to keep them supported and not bouncing everywhere and bruising your eyes (lol).
Try JCPenney online, or Just My Size online, I've also heard Bravissimo has some nice bras but I've never tried them.

Look on ebay (look at all countries) they have some awesome ones in DD and above sizes, not daggy and skintone at all, and at really good prices!
