Gay means you're attracted to the same sex. If you're male, you're only attracted to males and not females. Homophobic means being afraid of gay people. Phobia means fear. Anyone who does not associate with or sometimes even hate gay people are considered homophobic.

Gay is when u like the same sex...Homophobic is when u have a fear of "gay" people....
Homosexual is the same as gay or any other word that people use to describe someone who likes the same sex...

Gay people know they are gay and accept themselves. Homophobic people, in general, are in denial about being gay and hate openly gay people because they fear their own homosexuality. There are also people who are brainwashed into being homophobic, fearing and hating gay people.

a phobia is an unnatural fear of something.
homophobia is a fear of homosexuality - resulting in hate generated by homophobes towards homosexuals.
gay is merely a generalized term used in common language to denote homosexuals as a "group" and homosexual males specifically.

i think of you're somewhat misinformed, m'costly. enable me sparkling it up for you: figuring out as transgendered has not something to do with appeal. Transgendered human beings could be gay, right this moment, bi, lesbian, something. once you're transgendered it potential which you're uncomfortable at the same time with your born gender. Gays have an interest of their own intercourse. i'm hoping that cleared it up :)
