im working with a team of: electivire lv.100, butterfree lv.78, wailord lv.93, skarmory lv.59, quilava lv.87, and lapras lv.92
these are their moves
electivire: thunder, psychic, thunderbolt, hyper beam
butterfree: bug buzz, psybeam, toxic, energy ball
wailord: dive, hydro pump, water spout, bounce
skarmory: rock tomb, flash cannon, fly, dark pulse
quilava: lava plume, eruption, flamethrower, fire blast
lapras: sheer cold, shock wave(crazy isnt it?), surf, blizzard

Your team needs a lot of work...
Electivire-ok, just get rid of thunder, you should only in rare exceptions teach a pokemon a move of the same type (i.e. two electric attacks). The other moves are good. Keep.
Butterfree-bug type, can have lower stats, but you gave it some good attacks, maybe a little iffy.
Wailord-replace it with another type. You already have another water type.
Skarmory-decent, just need to level it up
Quilava-they're all fire attacks, teach it some good non-fire attacks
Lapras-good choice, just get rid of blizzard and use ice beam instead, accuracy always over power. The other moves are great.
Another type; I'd highly recommend a fighting type, possibly lucario or machamp.

Butterffree is not a very good pokemon, unless you are into contests.
My Lanturn Amy can take out the wole team on her owin. With the expiton of Eletivire of course, and Ock theTorrtera can slam him easy.
Very bad team.

honestly i don't own diamond or a ds but it's a good team but your skarmory needs more leveling up and quilava, skarmory & lapras are my favorite. so i rate your team a 8 on the levels of your pkmn...
