ask about a social issue or the environment and get maybe one or two answers, what gives?

People don't want to think. I conducted an experiment to see if I could get more than 5 answers to any of a series of intellectual questions. I could not.

people watch alot of tv.so they know more about celebrities.some people only answer things they know.if their a little wrong about differant subjects .they get flamed for trying.and people don't like getting flamed.

society is more interested in hearing about how paris hilton came out of a bar drunk or how lindsey lohan is back in rehab... jeez it's quite pathetic really.
