I think a lot of irresponsible people gamble more for the quick thrill of it, but they dont' realize that the deck (ha ha) is stacked against them. For every $500 - $1000 you may win on a scratch ticket, you've blown close to $3000 getting there. I live near a small market that sells lottery and scratch tickets and I can tell you there I see people ALWAYS in there, at all times of the day and night. It's kind of sad.

Where there is gambling, there is money, and where there is money, there is crime. it may not lead to increased crime, but the increased crime will follow the money.....not necessarily the gambling.

In a way...
there was this guy that murdered his wife
because she spent his whole life savings
at the Casino,and he got off ,he just had
house arrest for 2yrs....
but I think drugs increase crime allot more...

Yes,I do because if the other person loses than he gets mad because he is now out of money. So to win his money back he changelles the person again to get his money back.But, if the person says "NO" then that person get even more madder so he takes his anger and put it againts that person who has his money so they get in a big fight which leads to murder!
