Tomatoes are classified as determinate growers or indeterminate growers. The determinate grow to a certain size, stop and start flowering and setting fruit. The indeterminate grow and grow flowering all the while. Many of your little salad tomatoes are indeterminate.

If you are having trouble setting fruit, it could be it's too hot or too cold. Tomatoes have a very specific set temperature range. If temps are much above 85 or so, the pollen dries out too quickly. You can help gain a few extra degrees by using something like Blossom Set or other type products that help fruiting.

Also try shaking the plant a little bit. Sometimes the pollen needs to be "dispursed" a bit. This would normally happen with breezes, but if the plants are tightly bound to support, you may be to become the breeze. Little shakes, don't break the plant.

I might be wrong but its the blooms that eventually provide the tomato fruit itself. You should be in good shape if you have alot of blooms. You might need to give it another week or so.
