Depending on where you are, there are design bureaus who will develop the prototype as per your idea. Cost depends on the material, design costs, manufacturing costs (CNC work mostly), testing and validation etc. Discuss with them after locating them through internet searches or Industry chambers etc. Be careful in giving away too much information since ideas can be stolen and pirated easily.
