First of all, I'm assuming the first term is actually 6x^2.
You have a few choices. One option is to expand all 4 answers to see what you get. There are also several different methods taught for factoring polynomial expressions. My favourite one works like this: list all the common factors of each outside term, then match them up so that you get the middle one.

The possible terms to get 6x^2 are 2x*3x and 6x*1x
The possible terms for 15 are 3*5 and 15*1

2x(3) + 3x(5) = 21x so incorrect
6x(3) + x(5) = 23x so also incorrect
6x(5) + x(1) = 31x definately incorrect
6x(1) + x(15) = 21x still incorrect
6x(15) + x(1) = 91x way off
2x(15) + 3x(1) = 33x wrong
2x(1) + 3x(15) = 47x wrong again
leaving 2x(5) + 3x(3) = 19x correct!
put these together in the correct form and you have (2x+3)(3x+5) which is answer D

Of course, you usually don't have to go through all the possible combinations of factors. Many of them will be obviously wrong, such as 6x(15) and so on.
