Saturn doesn't even have a solid surface. It's a gas giant. There's no land to buy.

This would be more of a 'hustle' than a science project if you actually convinced anyone, anywhere to actually buy land on Saturn.
The planet is a gas giant. You could fall through the atmosphere for thousands of miles and you wouldn't touch anything other than gas until you got close to the core when the pressure is so great that you'd be crushed long before you could feel yourself actually making contact with the liquid core of the planet.
If you know anybody who wants to buy land on Saturn, please send them my way. If they like tropical climates, I have some prime real estate on Venus they should check out.
