Anyone can be wrong,
Anyone can be right,
If we support someone who is wrong because they are one of us, are we right or wrong?
If we support someone who is right because they are one of us, are we biased or just?
:) mink, this is indeed a difficult question to answer.
The Right Reasons are supposed to be which we are to support, but sometimes it's hard to judge for ourselves, maybe that's why there's a quote from the wise "Judge not, lest ye be Judged"
An example, if we picture this, a stranger who is using English (like us) to quarrel with someone else whose language we do not understand. How can we judge who is right or wrong?

Yes.
I get that a lot, actually.
Not really allegiance, more so I just feel a pull towards certain people.
Ethnicity has nothing to do with it, for me.
It's odd...
And if I don't at least introduce myself to the people, I get a really empty feeling, like I just missed out on meeting a lifelong friend.
Hah, kind of weird- I know.

Only in a situation where we were possibly out numbered by another group or being threatened in some way.

only if they're out numbered and under attack from another ethnic group. otherwise I don't tend to think along ethnic lines.
