Some words I would associate with a good life are fulfillment, happiness, wisdom, friendship, love, freedom, compassion, honesty, courage, fortitude, forgiveness.
Socrates said that "the unexamined life is not worth living". I agree with him. Life loses a lot of its value if you do not reflect on it and understand it. Your happiness (if you are happy) in such a case becomes comparable to that of a lower animal. You feel yourself being happy, but you are not as happy as you could be because only the recognition of your own happiness and its meaning can enable you to fully appreciate it.
Aristotle said that the only way to achieve a truly fulfilling life is to be a morally developed person, possessing all of the character virtues. I agree with that as well. We are plagued in our lives by confusion and guilt, and would be much less so if we simply knew how to be good people and did it. It's amazing how much happier you can be when you know you've done what's right, even if that is the only thing about a situation that you like.
And of course the Beatles said "All you need is love," and that certainly has some truth to it, too! If you love your friends, your family, your partner, and your fellow humans, and are kind and compassionate to others, your kindness will reflect back on you and make you happier, even if that kindness isn't always returned.

You've asked some other questions about Aristotle, so I'll give you a Hellenic-tempered answer.
When Socrates was asked about his radical questioning, why do you do this, his answer was, "because I believe that it is right to do so."
Socrates appeals to 'the highest good' in his answer, but for Socrates, this is not so much any particular thing - doing this or that particularly - but doing that which is best in a manner that is stregnthed by the belief that it right to do such a thing.
For Socrates, this belief seems to be a belief in the good of people and the good of society, and that doing, acting with this belief creates and brings forth the best life.

Compassion for others and any living form, truthfulness, spiritually attuned, doing what is morally just and right even if it means to stand alone, adaptability, abundant money, contentment, friends, having found your calling in work endeavors so that happiness is found in it.

GOOD is relative and subjective (no offense)
What WORKS and is Viable for one, may not be for another.
Morals, ethics, and survival mechanisms are always at odds in a battle with each other.
