Why some student majoring in science at prestigious university like Yale, MIT, harvard, U Penn fail to get high MCAT score, while other student who studied in college that I have never heard in my life succeed get better MCAt score . Because the matter is the effort and dedication of studying really hard right?

No, the MCAT, like such other exams as the SAT, GRE, etc., is supposed to be an aptitude test (a test of your potential for achieving in medical school), not an achievement test (a test of what you have already accomplished). The fact is that some people with tremendous potential don't immediately have the opportunity to go to a prestigious university, and the fact that they are capable might show up on a test like the MCAT.

Yes the MCAT gauges how prepared you are for the exam. Some students that go to those so called prestigious schools may just be there because of who they know & haven't actually accomplished anything while at school there. I don't think going to one of those schools prepares you more for the test. It's just a matter of studying hard and putting a lot of effort into it.
