Any loss of life is horrible but i can still cry when i see pictures of the Aberfan Disaster in South wales because they were mostly children who died in that coal slurry land slide.
I have visited the graves and you cant help being affected by the sight of so many graves together
I was a school girl when it happened i remember coming home from school and my mother was crying

The republicans on the sucky supreme ct stealing the 2000 election for bush. 9-11 wouldn't have even happened if he hadn't been inserted into the body politic--he never bothered to read the intelligence report that predicted the attack, he went on vacation to Texas for a month after being given the report. Busy man.

The Aberfan tip disaster ,when the coal tip collapsed onto the school killing about 116 children and 24 adults.Was the worst for me as i was personaly involved in the rescue work

September 11, 2001. I live about 10 miles from them and I watched it on tv and saw the towers burning after form were I live. We lost a lot of good people that day

I agree 9/11 was bad, but living and working in London, 7th July, with the bombs of the tubes, was worse for me, and affected me more.
Also, the tsunami in Thailand really upset me as this is a place where I'd spent a lot of time and the fact it happened at Christmas was also sad.

The tragedy of 9/11 as horrific as it was, in no way compares to the slaughter of 6 million jews by the Hitler regime and whlle I am not a jew, I love them as God's chosen people and if it happened to Americans, men,women and children, as it did to the jews, we would consider other tragedy minor in comparrison.

All time worst. World war 1 or 2. Take your pick. Wake up everyone! Twin towers lost a couple of thousand people. For God's sake do you have any idea what the loss of life was like in those two world wars. You people make me sick. Learn your history for **** sakes.
