i have opened a classical restaurant in town, yeterday one business man came and asked me to get franshise of it, so i need some sort of a sample contract and franchising rules and regulation, can anybody help me out to get these material from internet.???

A franchise agreement is normally for an extended period and can be quite a complicated document. I think ultimately you need to have it drawn up by a lawyer, but you can do a lot of the preparation beforehand, so you need not spend too many expensive hours with the lawyer. It's best to carry on for some time with your own restaurant, as you have just opened one: collect some experience, see if you are really doing well, in which case, consider whether you really want a franchise and settle for lesser share of real earnings from the business! Also, with more experience, your terms for franchise will be better, more profitable than now!
