After searching the internet for quite a while, I have seen many mixed opinions on dealing with upper lip hair. (Without shaving or waxing)
I have extremely tan skin and my hair is very black. I'm not sure if bleaching would help because my skin is tan, not light.
What should I do so this hair is not noticeable? Appropriate answers only please.
(And yes, I am a female. Embarrassing, I know)

There are hair removal creams you can use i say try using something from sally hanson they havent let me down yet when it comes to hair removal stuff. I havent tried their hair removing creams or gels but they're a good respected company.

The most efficient way that i found on the Internet was warm wax. If you go to a spa they use really lovely warm wax which peels the hair away painlessly. If you really hate waxing, why not try laser hair removal. You have to over 18 though. I can't do it yet! : ( Good luck and don't be embarrassed everyone has it.

I have a problem like that too. I use a very mild wax, one that dosn't burn your skin that much. And, Being afraid of waxing is completely normal. But it dosn't hurt as bad as it seems. Seriously!

this is what i do. i bought one of those bikini zone mittens. its purple and it is a super super fine sandpaper. i mean it is super fine sandpaper. i use it in a circular motion on my upper lip. but dont do it hard because it will make skin raw. i only use it once every other week. it works excellent. and my skin is baby smooth afwards. good luck.

my wife uses nair on her lip
every couple weeks
lets it sit on there for 5-10 min. then rinses
