It is populated but not over populated. We keep the population balanced as the birth rate is high and exudos rate is high. Considering the open spaces in the Philippines, there are still wide ones and reseved for agricultural needs. With this, it's not that overly populated. You can always find a place where you can still breathe...

It is.The Philippines is the world's 12th most populous country, with a population of over 85 million as of 2005.However,it still has lower population density compared to China, India, and US.

Asking an average filipino, you will get mostly yes answers. people are concentrated in the rural areas. It is very crowded in the metropolitan. the reason why is that opportunities /jobs are mostly in the rural areas that is why.

The Philippines isn't very over populated, and when for example place the people in the province then we wouldn't feel/consider that the philippines is over populated!

define "over-populated"

The Philippines has a much lower population density than, say Hong Kong, Tokyo, Mexico City or even countries like Bangladesh.

"Over populated" is a subjective assessment.

not really. the over population is in the major cities like manila, and maybe cebu. other than that, it's hardly populated
