Go to www.last.fm, click on "music" at the top, then "top tags" and you can search for countries and it'll give you loads of suggestions

There's no real easy way to find a lot of this stuff, I also like foreign language type rock (German, Spanish, etc). The best way I've found is to seek out European based music blogs and experiment. Even if you don't find exactly what your looking for you'll definitely broaden your musical world!
