Are you serious. Elisabeth has nothing to apologize to Rosie for. It is the other way around .. Rosie should apologize to Elizabeth.
It was Rosie that butted in when Joy and Elizabeth were speaking, and it was Rosie that demanded an answer from Elizabeth like some angry Bully. Elizabeth was not even allowed explantion, Rosie demanded a "yes or no " answer.
Elizabeth does not have to defend Rosie from the things Rosie says. Rosie has enough "balls" to defend herself, that is not Elizabeth's job. And if it was so important to Rosie on which side of the fence her Friend Elizabeth was on, she could have asked this personal question when the two were alone.... It was a private question she was asking Elizabeth and it had nothing to do with what the topic that was being discussed was about.
But trust Rosie to get it all wrong, and to make every issue a case about herself.
The woman is selfish, vain, arrogant, inconsiderate and a bully.
That's how I see it.

I still don't know where Rosie feels Elisabeth should have defended her..on what show? I missed that. Plus, as someone said, the purpose of the show is to air all points of view. Joy sat there like a lump, wanting to save her job I guess...she can't stand Elisabeth and is always making fun of her. Guess she didn't want to "pile on". Barbara really needs a better choice for the "young" woman....there has to be someone out there better than Elisabeth, the audience just won't support a Bush-lover in this day and age.
I wonder why ABC let Rosie get away with spouting her theory about World Trade #7...."fire doesn't melt steel???" comment. How do you think horseshoes are made, ask a steelworker from PA how steel is melted every single day? No one ever called Rosie on that huge mistake.

Elisabeth has nothing to apologize for. While her political views may be a bit one-sided and possibly wrong, Rosie attacked her for standing up for her. It is not Elisabeth's job to defend Rosie... it's Rosie's job. If anyone should apologize it's Rosie. She brought up something personal on the air and Elisabeth shouldn't sit back and take it and I'm glad that she didn't. (The Trump comment from Elisabeth was however unnecessary)

Yes, Hasselback betrayed her supposed friend Rosie when she knew very well that Rosie was sick of all the b.s. she was getting from white heterosexual conservatives like Joe Scarborough and Bill O Reilly who TWISTED everything she said and attacked her unjustly on a daily basis! Hasselback should leave the show (she's vanilla & boring!) not Rosie although sources say Ro did not get along with Bill Geddes, Barbara's executive producer. Also, Liz LIED about sending multiple e-mails to Ro over the weekend when Rosie said there was "only one" and wasn't sure whether she'd speak to EH ever again-I wouldn't. Rosie is real; the rest of them are fake *** bitches Was disappointed that Joy didn't come to Ro's defense since they were on the same side politically-it's sad what one will not say to keep their job. I think Ros was wise for her health and sanity to get out while she could. Love ya Ro and the show will suck without u! It already has and only two eps in w/out u. Brian from Boston

I'm sorry, but I see the whole thing a different way. EH stood up for herself. Rosie is nothing but a bully who deserves someone to put her in her place. If I were EH, I would never have emailed Rosie or tried to communicate with her. Rosie needs to apologize.
I don't care for EH, either.

Politics aside, rosie was turning into a pretty big bully. no one was allowed to have a different opinion aside from hers.People are different and have different beliefs and its their right to feel different from some one, even if they call them "friend" My best friends believes in abortion and has had an abortion and I don't. She has never attacked me for my Right to Life bumper sticker and I have never said anything about her choice. If people are really friends you don't let political agenda's get in the way. You support eachother right to have a different opinion. So would she ever be pissed at me for not attending a pro-choice rally? No she knows its not something i believe in. Would i be upset with her for not attending a right to life rally? Not one bit. If they were really friends like they are portraying they would respect eachother opinion with out acting like 5 y/o's

She has absolutely NOTHING to appologize for.The show is called The View.
All of them are entitled to different points of view. That's what they are there for.To discuss, argue & debate. So no noone needs to apologize for anything.Elisabeth spoke her mind & that's a good thing.People should apologize for bad things.

From what I understand, Rosie doesn't care and is not interested in reliving the past. I just don't understand why Elisabeth is so orange.

Its about time Elizabeth showed some serious emotion. I love Rosie. She provided a much needed spark to that show. But Elizabeth was the one being disrespected.

Rosie is the one that got the boot!
She says she quit but I think they threw her off the show a few weeks before she was done.
