Yes and no it is not getting old that scares me it is the fact that the end is getting closer and when that time comes I know that I have to go by myself and that, scares the hell out of me going to where ever by myself. Don't get me wrong I do not want my wife to go when I do I just don't like the thought of going all by myself

Getting really old does but I am 40 in 3 weeks and who ever said that life begins at 40 is so right!! I am having the time of my life right now!!

Of course it does, I can't even imagine more wrinkles than I already have. Just seeing older people dependent on others. I know that each generation seems to ignore the older people they don't hold doors open they don't give up their seats. It makes you wonder, will their be a kind person when I am in a walker to open the door for me.

It’s inevitable, everyone will to fight with time and get old. So way should scare of old age, I am more scare of dieing young and of cause I think 100 more things worse then getting old. Getting cancer as a teenager is one them.

Not at the moment I'm enjoying the age I'm at and not caring about what other folk think cos I'm happy with myself. 5 yrs to go till I'm 40 though so I may start to worry then. Thing is I don't feel any different inside just happier with myself......

Yes kinda. But I know that everyone gets old and if I get old I will know that I have lived a full life and I would be thankful for that

Not if I keep my marbles and can still get around. The whole idea of loosing the plot and being unable to help myself really scares me.

It kinda does. It struck me today that next week i'll be in my late 20s - AHHHHHHH!
I think getting old is a shame sometimes - i want to be 16 again!!!
