The gnats in my kitchen are driving me crazy. I keep the kitchen spotless and all fruit is kept in the fridge. I've tried bleach, pinesol, and other household cleaners/chemicals. Sometimes they'll go away for a night, but are back by the next morning. Any advice would help.

Try Knock-Out Gnats. I have gnats as well and had a hard time getting rid of them. Also reduce how often you water the plants, as gnats love moist soil. Covering the soil with sand can also help prevent new gnats. Yellow sticky traps can help catch adult gnats, but be careful as they can get in the way and stick to you easily.

Good luck!

Put a 1/2" of cider vinegar in a bowl and add a couple drops of unscented dish soap to it. In a few hours you will see lots of drowned gnats.
