peugeot 306 sunroof is stuck open at the back on angle. cant find manual lever, apparently doesn't have one. 1996 model xr 1.8. buttons for operation aren't working, some clicking noises when pressing open and vent.
suggestions?

Call a Peugeot dealer for a manual wrench--every power sunroof I've ever seen has a feature to manually close the roof in case of power problems...the dealer service people can show you how to operate it or your owner's manual. Sounds like it could be a broken track or guide or something is caught in the track system. If you can't manually operate it, then a dealer or sunroof shop would have to inspect it for damage. Clicking noises suggest it's getting power--just jammed somehow.You would want to manually operate it in the opposite direction of how it was being operated before it stopped working.
