Absolutely! After seeing "House of 1000 Corpses" and "The Devil's Rejects," I think Rob Zombie is the most innovative and original horror filmmaker on the scene today. I can't wait to see what he does with "Halloween."

I dig his music too.

I liked the " Devils Rejects" more than the " House of 1000 Corpses". I think that Zombie will do a good job with remakeing Halloween. In the " Rejects" he has that 70's horror movie flavor that is now gone from horror movies. And it is missed by me at least. I can not wait to see his version and hope it comes out soon. I am a huge Michael Myers fan it was the first horror movie I ever watched and when H20 came out I was the only one in the theater saying that this was not Myers but an imposter. Of course they bring him back with that silly movie with Busta Ryhmes which was about the worst Halloween they made. What concerns me is that Donald Pleasence is gone now and he really made those movies great. So I am interested in seeing who Zombie gets to play that part and how well they stack up to Pleasence's Dr. Loomis.

I respect Rob Zombie as a musician a lot, but am not a fan of either of his movies. Some elements were kind of fun, but it was mostly a rip off of a bunch of other famous horror movies. And I think that remaking Halloween is a bad idea. How do you perfect a John Carpenter movie???? It was brilliant. End of story.

confident.i've got caught via the franchise for years and H20 grow to be ok yet something because section 4 have all been a splash dissapointing and that i think this can be the terrific Halloween action picture because 1988.Zombie is underrated as a director, hell Devils Rejects grow to be damn good for somebodies 2d action picture.

I agree with Jade. Halloween may be uo his alley, and Devils Rejects was ok, but House was ridiculous.I always confuse that with Texas Chainsaw...thats how impressed I was with both of them...Rob should probably stick to singing.
