Keep it simple and speak from the heart. Tell her how much you appreciate everything she has done for you and how you hope to have her around for at least another 50 years!

Why is it so hard to write your mother a birthday card?.Do people in YA have to tell you what to write?. They all tell you to right "I love you mom"which is great, but why couldnt you think of that? How do you actually feel about your mother?
If you dont feel you can write these nice things, and you have to ask what to write, dont even give her one...
I JUST THINK IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE EASIEST THIG TO DO....And the most natural..

Thank her for taking care of you when you were sick and more and MENTION how she had morning sickness everyday for nine months for you ,unless your a premature baby of course, and highlight how vommiting once or twice when sick would be painful but for nine months, it would be hell
