From my moms side;
artist abilities
puzzle solving-not so much crosswords like her, but word searches.
the keep-it-on
-and-never-burn-it-off-gene
From dads side;
the Cherokee lineage, both of his parents
the Scottish curl to the hair-the very stubborn wavy that flips forward even if it's cemented back.
big feet, bigger nose.
stubbornness.
the crazy you-can-get-rich-schemes including;
horse racing, business ideas.
mushroom hunting skills.
concocting the strange mix-it-all-in-scrambled-meal cuisines.
Luckily, I did trace (and continue to do so) my family lineage and found out why and how they got their traits as well.
Strongest genetic traces from that is the...
1.) merchant-trader traits
2.) the can't-keep-my-butt
-out-of-the-woods trait
3.) more answers leads to more questions trait
4.) low-land Scot mixed with Cherokee warrior traits-
"Do what?, Kill that gorgeous person? Na, I'll breed it instead-" trait. Which leads to..
The keen eye for spotting the best man, even though he's a descendant from an old warring clan-the Iroquois. (He's now a captive-don't let him that though ok?)

I inherited my fathers looks (not good when your a girl lol), my mums hair colour (slightly), my mums 'evil eye', her personality, my dads attitude to work (leave it to last minute then pull out all the stops to make it perfect). Hopefully i will also inherit their money!

In those categories, thankfully, nothing.
My father did leave me set for life when he passed away.
I did and do love him dearly, it's just that I am grateful not to take after him.
Although, Daddy's little Princess does love coffee, just like Dad did.
