I know that many of you guys are given leadership over your younger siblings. Even in the workplace, majority of you guys take on the leadership positions. (Most of the U.S. Presidents were first born)

Will it be hard for you guys to let other people to lead you instead of you leading them?

Oldest, younger brother is mentally/physically handicap. I did have to lead him and raise him. I love to be in a leadership role. I know what needs to be done and I get it done. But no I don't have a problem in a normal workplace where I'm not in charge.

Yes, it would be hard because it is a change of venue. People often like the positions that they are in and do not want to change. However, this does not mean that change is impossible. Older siblings can allow the younger ones to lead if they they keep an open mind.

I have an older brother, yes I'm the youngest. But you wouldn't know it. He asks me for advice all the time. I'm always the one who's the leader. Some times I feel like he thinks I'm mom. This has been going on ever since our mom passed away. It's getting really irritating, even my daughter has seen it.

I use to take charge at work as well, guess it's just in my nature to do so.

No one leads me, unless their are leading me to some thing really most excellent and exciting! ; - )

I'm the oldest, but my next sister is 10 years younger and the next 15 years younger. I was always a loner. I never really bonded with my sisters or parents (adopted). I can lead or follow instructions. I've worked for males and females, older and younger. They have been oldest children, youngest children and only children. I don't think it matters anymore.

I'm the oldest of six but have never (ever) considered running for any kind of public office.
My next sister (22 months younger) seems to have taken on the "stereotypic" behavior of oldest sibling (according to any psychology book I've ever read). She (bless her) has taken total responsibility for our mother (who's in fine form -- and takes full advantage of having a child at her beck and call) and is much, much more responsible and mature than I may ever be.

I have three older siblings from my mother's previous marriage. We were all born in different nations. We were like the allies in the United Nations, one odd one out. England, Australia, France and the US. If I had been born 2 day earlier, I would have been born in Sweden.

All of us kids are leaders. It is not hard for me to lead.

I am the oldest born child in my family, but am treated as the youngest. I am rarely given leadership roles and I do not desire them. I prefer to be a behind the scenes consultant....

Yeah, and sometimes it sucks. You have the most responsibilty, and when you make a mistake the younger ones learn from you. But sometimes it can be good to. YOu have people looking up to you, and you get the most money. Plus, it teaches you responsibility and how to take over kids. I agree with you, it would be hard for people to rule me since I rule my younger brother and sister.

I am the oldest and yes, I have a leadership role at work. I prefer to lead as opposed to follow.

No I'm the second oldest of 4 kids. My sister's the oldest and has always been somewhat a leader type.
