If he can control the media he can control anyone, he comes across as an arrogant control freak!

Ok, i am not a fan of them by any means, just check my last questions. Seriously though, that is totally unfair insinuating theres vodka in there coke. I drink Vodka and coke all the time and you cant tell any difference until you taste it. Even jack daniels and coke is pure black. I do agree with you on the "more than meets the eye" part. It isnt the first or last time people seek so much media attention and show there grief as a barrier toward the truth. I would hope to god there only guilty of being stupid and not anything more sinister.

Just viewed picture and have recently put an answer on another Madeleine question. I want to point out this. Looking at the yahoo photo, the mother looks genuinely sad and lost. However, Gerry looks very cool and complacent. Maybe because he knows his daughter is safe? I think he knows more than he is letting on, don't think she knows very much, but he does. And I think the reason a ransom hasn't been mentioned yet is cos they're waiting to see how much the Madeleine fund can raise and then the ransom will be just short of that amount. Call me cynical but never can I remember such world wide coverage for a missing person. And if they're so genuinely saddened and upset by their stupidity and negligence, why do they love the limelight so much and why aren't they with their other kids more often? Seen too much footage just of the parents.

I thought he sounded odd from the moment he opened his mouth. Not sure what it is about him though. Odd couple full stop. Then again they are under a lot of stress so I can forgive them the odd vodka and coke on the plane. They must be getting to the point now where they are giving up hope of finder her alive.

I really don't like all this asking for donations business though. who are the donations for? Why do they need them? As far as I know the police services are free. I think someone is definately cashing in on this.

I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHY THOSE NEGLECTFUL PEOPLE AREN'T BEING CHARGED AND THE OTHER KIDS TAKEN FROM THEM! AT LEAST UNTILL THEY LEARN THAT THIS COULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED IF THEY HADN'T LEFT 3 KIDS UNDER THE AGE 6 ALONE IN A HOTEL ROOM!!!!!!! I DON'T CARE IF THEY WERE ON THE PROPERTY---THE KIDS WEREN'T SAFE! How stupid can people be????????? I live near baltimore, and just last week a 6 yr old boy got hit by a truck while riding his bike in the STREET! Nobody has the ba//s to say where are the parents? It's beyond pitiful that kids have to pay for their parents neglect and ignorance!

They were not frequent church goers in the UK. Everytime you see them they are coming or going to church, and flying out to see the Pope or the miracle of Fatima. I am quite religious in my own way when my son was ill I prayed like never before I got down on my knees in the hospital chapel and thankfully he recovered, I had to be sedated myself I was a wreck. But no matter what I would not have left his bedside to fly out to another country to see the Pope. What I am getting at is my daugher was missing I would be hunting high and low speaking to everyone in the last place she was seen. I know it may be futile but I would be there day and night searching if only for my own piece of mind, not flying here there and everywhere. God is all around us if you choose to believe in God no matter what religion you are or not it is a personal choice there is no need to go flying here there and everywhere first class to seek him out. This is turning into a Hollywood Movie Drama

it wasn't first class - they were given the use of a private jet by the owner.
you can't see if anything has been added to coke - no matter what it is.
if my child had been stolen, no matter what the circumstances, i would be a gibbering wreck ready for an institution. there is no way i would be able to keep it together in the public eye the way they are. and no one has any idea what state they are in once the cameras are off.
don't judge so harshly, especially without all the facts

the only time i have seen the Father show any emotion was today when he was with the Pope.
Strange how that's seems more important than being with his other two kids, Oh and looking for his missing daughter.
I would bet that Madeleine isn't in Rome.
