Questions small business loans?

I was wondering can I get a small business loan to buy things in bulk so that I can sell them on ebay for a profit. How much money can a person get for a small bsuiness loan? Do you need collectral to get a small business loan?

Start small on ebay and generate some cash (sell stuff in your garage, etc.). Then, you won't need the loan. Another option would be to find a friend/relative with good credit and get them to co-sign a signature loan for you.
