Boy shorts are pretty hot.
Thongs can be nice, depending on the fit.
I'm not a fan of womens underwear with "cute" little print on them...like tiny pink puppies, or little cat heads.
It's just creepy. Sexy for me is a WOMAN, not a child.

on a man i find tight boy shorts very very sexy.
baggy thingie-falling-out boxers a lot less sexy.
budgie smugglers (jocks) are medium sexy - sometimes they can be amazingly sexy.
on a woman i find g-bangers unsexy
all other jocks can be sexy
no underwear very sexy

I love seeing women in corsets, almost any black leather/lace lingerie is absolutely hot, esp. with thigh high patent leather boots. I don't find the "little girl" look sexy at all - I find women sexually exciting, not children.

I like wearing whatever has the least material or shows off the good best. Whether I am wearing lacy or almost see-thru boy shorts or the thinnest thong, they don't stay on long.
I would never be caught wearing granny panties....icky
