It was already answered in the previous books. For one to die, so must the other. For Voldemort to finally be distroyed, Harry must die. All that I truely hope for is that in the end she writes an epic battle scene for them.

I would hope she'd let him survive. She has stated that two will die in this book. Voldemort being one and I believe the other will be Snape or Hagrid. I think Harry wil go one to be the Defense of the Dark Arts teacher.

I think Voldemort will definately die. The real question is will Harry die as well? I can easily see Harry dying (as mentionned above) along with Voldemort after having defeated him. A main "hero character" will definately die....

Of course
I bet Harry dies as well though
it would be funny if Voldemort didn't die though
imagine it

Ron: Oh no Harry's dead
Hermione: At least he didn't die in vain
Voldemort: Oh yes he did mwahahahaha

lol

Why spoil what will be a fun story and an entertaining read? You can speculate and guess all you want, but only a very few know the real story at this point, and they've probably signed so many secrecy agreements that they've all got severe carpal tunnel syndrome.

He has too...or else there wont be a closure. hope that the last battle will totally destroy hogwarts and kill everyone. I really dont like the fact that the HP series is sooo much different from when it first started. When she started killing off people and adding romance and stuff. Hellooo...its a kids book. They dont care abt all that drama and romance.

For the sake of my 8 year old son I do hope that will not happen. If Harry does die though I think he will take voldy with him big style.

Yes he will beat him but he will lose his life in the process. J.K. Rowling is doing this because it makes for a good ending and prevents anyone from using her characters after she dies or thats was I heard.
