By this question, I mean as there so many presidents in world, and some are said to be Dictators while others are Democratic or Republicans. Among them who will have the highest degree of being Democratic by the world population votes.

I am 56 and a realist. Think about it, how many people live by the kiss butt game and never tell the truth but only what makes them look good,so how would we know.When I was 12, JFK was shot and killed and as a nation we adored him,but now I find out he was a real jerk. I don't think (opinion here) leaders can be jerks in their private life and good leaders,"a man's integrity can be determined by what he does when no one is looking" So pooh pah with the best, we will never know. I have lived long enough to see tons of lip service and then ??????????????????

I would say Hilary Clinton...She has my vote...She really cares about her fellow Americans...
