Yes - they are mainly manufactured in China and the old Soviet States.

Companies such as Audio Note, Vincent, Graaf, Shanling, Quad, Proteus, Leben, Pathos, Border Patrol and many others, make amplifiers and CD players with valves, rather than transistors.

They are generally military grade tubes and available through any dealer who sells valve-based kit.
