It depends on where you live. Some cellphone companies have better service according to what part of the state you live in. You may want to ask your family and friends or even people you see with cellphones what carrier they have and how good the reception is, also how is their customer service. You really don't want to buy according to who carries a really cool phone, because you'll be spending a lot of money on a phone that barely works. I have a Sprint phone now, and their customer service is pretty good, I have been with them for about 2 years and haven't had too many problems with my reception. I used to have AT&T, which I think is now Cingluar? They have really good recieption but when they switched their name, the customer serivce went down considerably.

I haven't any difficulty with victims of abuse or medically challenged people having using a cellular for emergency purposes. (which means to call the coppers, no longer your mom) The link you gave is without doubt one in each and every of the government funded courses that provide low earnings qualifying people get right of entry to to cells. I artwork for a cellular business company. Took a decision from an irate person of the low earnings plan who had a $seventy 5 a month shrink for calls. She had the telephone for 2 weeks and the bill replaced into over $500 and had the nerve to call for that's grew to become back on on the instant. Hah! Pay the bill, sister.
