Yes you can be sued, that doesn't mean that you will win or lose, just that you can be sued for slander, whether you have slandered the other person or not.
Slander is an untruthful oral (spoken) statement about a person that harms the person's reputation or standing in the community. Because slander is a tort (a civil wrong), the injured person can bring a lawsuit against the person who made the false statement. If the statement is made via broadcast media -- for example, over the radio or on TV -- it is considered libel, rather than slander, because the statement has the potential to reach a very wide audience.

beauty is in the eye of beholder, as the result, it is very subjective. You can say something about someone using descriptive words and most of the time, there is no solid ground for the person to sue you. But beware when you saying someone did something, but claiming he did something that he can easily prove he didnt he would be able to sue you.
he can sue you, but he not going to win the case, but imagine if he got money to sue you though he know he not going to win but you did not have money to fight the case, worst still you also busy, it will cause a lot of problem to you.

Beauty is subjective. It isn't slander to state your opinion about something. Now, if I said that you had a felony conviction, and that were untrue, THEN we're talking slander.
