My mate has an old VW in his drive that hasn't turned a wheel in 2 years. Total emissions in that time- Zero!
On a more serious note, the greenest car is an old one, since massive amounts of CO2 are created in the manufacture & shipment of all the shiny new ones.
Incidentally, every Toyota Prius in the UK is already responsible for about 1.5 tonnes of CO2 in the shipping from Japan. If you want a 'green' car, buy one made locally!

I once had a bright green MG Y-type Saloon, 1953 model. It only had a 1.25 litre engine but it still used stacks of petrol. The greenest thing about it was the look on all the other fellers faces when I pulled the birds.

no matter what your car is, you can reduce your emissions by getting it serviced regularly. also do not accelerate faster than you need to and use your engine to slow down rather than the brakes when possible.

i have a TVR 4.5 V8 which is great and very green. i get about 25 mpg out of it when I drive it like miss daisy and about 4 mpg when i use it for stress relief. The fact is when i am in the TVR i can't be in my gas guzzling 4x4 so the TVR is a lean mean green machine.
