I finished High School in 1989 wow way back than ! The "old" people who dressed funny were around in the 60's and 70's and were called "hippies". They wore things called "slacks", flairs, bell bottoms, platform shoes etc... like most fashions it made a bit of a come back in the 90's ! They were pretty weird but would have been considered "normal" in their day, here comes that saying "back in the day " ! I glad i'm to young to have been a hippie, war protestor, unpatriotic fool. But really why do you guys these days wear your pants half way down or like four sizes to big ! looks like you still can't dress yourselves !

Growing up in the 80's doesn't make us old. Go ahead and mock our fabulous 80's style. In 25 years some kid will be mocking how you used to dress too.

there continues to be good music this century; i'm so ill of ignorant has-beens listening to what's in the charts and judging all cutting-side music by potential of that. you are able to desire to look deeper than that. i could desire to do an identical with the Nineteen Seventies or Eighties - Abba, Legs & Co, The Bay city Rollers, Donny and the Osmonds, Madonna, et cetera have been in the charts. The Replacements, crimson Floyd, Ramones et cetera did not continuously have the extensive variety one chart place. it is an identical in the sought after-day. Yeah, the charts are commonly dire. The Cribs, The White Stripes, Arcade fire, Wavves, The Yeah Yeah Yeahs, The Kooks, The Vines, Franz Ferdinand, Manic highway Preachers, The Shins, and so on are the good bands of at present and there are plenty greater. you will think of that the Eighties technology could have discovered from their mum and dad telling them that the music of then became into undesirable to not generalise, yet they're doing the precise same element to us. EDIT: a number of it - it somewhat is commonly what older human beings like from cutting-side music, a number of it I do. i don't in many circumstances count extensive variety Billy Joel or Bon Jovi as music, nevertheless. :P and no, not whether it is commonly fifty-somethings who refuse to settle for the worldwide and stay in the previous (by potential of which I propose my instructors and oldsters) moaning to me how they omit "real" music and my technology could desire to be ashamed.

Our hair was not long and we did not dress funny. If you want to see long hair and really funny cloths you have to go to the 60's.

Dress funny? Younger people of today dress funny, purposely showing off their underwear, seems like how a retarded person would dress that didn't know any better.

And by the way, If Demi Moore and Tom Cruise are young then definitely we are not old! get the picture?XD

HEY! I'm 29! I'm not old!
As far as the "fashion"...Yeah, I kinda agree. The mall hair and BRIGHT loud colors with geometric shapes...I don't know what the hell the fashion world was thinking.
