Yes there is there are several ways however as teenagers have access to this website I'm not saying.
If she's already deleting the history you should be concerned. Ask around your friends to see if they can recommend a good and trustworthy computer technician to show you how and what you should look for.
You can always ring your daughter's school and have a word with their IT technicians for advice.
I know quite a lot of them in my area and they all say it's a nightmare trying to stay one step ahead of them.
I personally would not allow her to access the computer if she deletes the history the easiest way to stop her is to create a password if you don't already have one or changed it so she can only access the computer with your permission.

Greetings,
There are many programs that are able to track key strokes.
The unfortunate part of these programs is the abuse of such programs. Many have abused the use of these programs and logged many unknown victims.
You are able to do this to your own computer, but beware if the data falls in the wrong hands then you may fall victim to online theft.
Other than that, there are free programs that track internet browsing.
Here is the link a freeware/shareware website.
http://tucows.com/Windows/IS-IT/Monitoring/WebSiteMonitoring/
Good Luck and I hope someday you will be able to trust your daughter more ;).
Kind Regards
Aidan

Do not allow her to use the computer if she feels the need to erase the history. That's rather much. She is on you welfare system and until she takes care of her own then there should be no more erasing history.

What you're asking for is a keylogger, see:
http://www.keyloggers.com/bigbrother.html
For a list of some of the keyloggers which are available.
However, do you really need to spy on your daughter - it might be better to address your concerns with her directly.
