Maybe the white clouds believe in the "White Power" but it never occured to them that these "darker clouds" are on the verge of revolting against them... look at what "KATRINA" did before.

No there is no cloud apartheid in the sky. They look puffy but they are nice. Clouds just hang out and like to chill.

i didn't know they could think.
but maybe their clouds wearing white sheets so they can pick on the darker clouds without being recognised
