The more you sleep, the more you would want to sleep.Check your iron levels,because anemia causes sleepiness and lack of energy levels.Get into a good sleeping pattern of 8 hours each night and keep yourself busy during the day - do something active.Do exercise as this boost self esteem levels and you will be feeling better soon!

Well, you ought to be ashamed of yourself. 23 and 230 lbs? Have you tried exercise, getting out of bed and walking around the block twice each day for a start. You must eat a small balance meal and it sound like your electrolytes are out of kilter. See your doctor, and DO WHAT S/HE TELLS YOU! Being overweight is not good for you. Not good for your husband, and a very bad example for your children.

You could be anaemic (low blood count) because of a variety of reasons (vegetarian, heavy periods, etc) or you could have problems with your thyroid. You could even have a viral infection, such as glandular fever or be depressed. There are a variety of reasons for ongoing tiredness. The point is......if it is affecting your quality of life.....you need to see a doctor.....

I have just been to my doctor with the same thing !! He said i have low blood pressure & that's what is making me light headed; & also i had a virus that has left me with post-viral malaise; which he say's can last for weeks/months. Everyone reacts differantly; but you should go to see you doctor

Are you on any treatment for your depression. Maybe you should have a blood test it could be something simple. Go and see your GP.

It could be a number of things dehydration, anemia, hypoglycemia, hyperglycemia, vertigo (if you feel like you're spinning around), drug reactions, heatstroke.... It is imperative that you see a medical professional about the matter

could be anything anaemia, hypothyroidism, depression. You need to see a doc how will do blood tests to determine why you are so lethargic!

Me too exactly. I'm watching your answers. Good luck. I'm one of the bazillion working but uninsured. People say go see your Dr. It's not always that simple. Again, good luck to you and e me if ya figure it out.
