usually that is caused by the CMOS battery that is getting weak, so your BIOS cannot save or maintain it's setting.. when this happen BIOS usually will warn you about the changes and ask you to press F1 to continue booting up operating system....

Something has changed in the hardware, most likely memory, or the hard drive. It is just letting you know, it could be a problem if you didn't make the change.

There is some hardware which is not responding, and the system is unable to initialize the device.
Read the message carefully, it spells out which device it is unable to communicate with.
