When I have sex with my boyfriend it hurts especially while the penetration is deeper (especially doggy style and from the front with my legs up on his shoulders). I actually have to lower my right leg to reduce the pain. When I get fingered in a deeper penetration position I am completely fine. My boy is not well in doubt. I had the same pain problem with my ex boyfriend who was bigger but I thought it was because he was too big for me and his penis was curved to the right. Sad to say we gave up on these positions and eventually our sex life became boring. Sometimes when I have a few drinks and have a buzz it doesn't hurt but I certainly don't want to become an alcoholic because of it.. lol..Had gyno exams nothing seems to be wrong. What can I do to fix this?

I had a similar problem and it turned out to be phsychological. I learned to relax a bit and this seemed to sort it out. I experienced it again when in a new relationship after a long gap. After a bit of relaxing I was fine again. Hope that helps, Catherine.

Perhaps your cervix is just sensitive. Is it more painful at different times of the month? You should try to see if there is any type of pattern to it. It could be that he is too big, and that's why it didn't hurt when you were being fingered, although if your ex-boyfriend was bigger, then he would have stretched you out a bit. It could that you are just not wet enough.. You should definitely try lubrication, to see if it helps at all... Also, try to have an orgasm before intercourse, whether it is by him giving you oral sex, by you masturbating, or both. It should help as you will be alot more naturally lubricated, and your vagina will have more elasticity, because it is a lot more prepared for sex, so it will stretch easier. Hope this helps..

You should be checked out by a gynaecologist for a slight prolapse of the womb, you should not experience pain in any position during intercourse. Have a good day.

I had the same problem, you are accustomed to pain in certain positions and are likely tensing up just when you expect the pain.

Ask your gynecologist about a pain condition called vulvodynia. One of the classic symptoms of vulvodynia is pain with intercourse (and yes that includes fingering).

Several of the ladies in the group where I'm a member for this condition frequently have problems with painful intercourse.

perhaps you are normal, and just need to be more careful - BUT perhaps you are smaller than normal, and suffering from pain because of this. see a doctor, they should have a suggestion.
