No playoffs for the Yankees this year. Roger will make no difference. Torre should not be fired for their horrible play, but rather to breathe new life into a stunned, egocentric group of self adoring athletes. They are NOT a team!! They are a group of individualists who think they are great, but this year is showing them to be not so great.

The Yankees have come back from huge deficits before, (1978), but if they don't get it together if falls on Torre. The team just looks like it's in total disarray. When they show a shot of the team on the bench there's no chatter, and Joe Torre looks like he needs an antacid. It doesn't look good now but don't count them out yet.

This is ALL of Torres fault,,He takes out the Moose a few nights ago,When Moose said he could have played another inning! Moose had the lead,,This is Torres problem,he
doesn't let our pitchers go deep,,He has this thing about pitch counts! Torre has to go!!! Period!!! Ever since Zimmer left we never made it in the world series,,Zimmer guided Torre on what moves to make when it came to the players!! It's time for torre to retire!!

Joe Torre is not responsible for the talent (or lack of it) on his ball club. GM Brian Cashman is the man responsible and is on the "hot seat" (as The Boss put it). Too many signings of injury prone players (mostly pitchers) have led to the Yankees downfall.

It's not Torre's fault! It's all his players fault. This is coming from my 1% of respect for the Yankees!
