Yes, delightfully enough at DisneyWorld, but more memorable than the imitations, I have met some of the "parents" or creators such as Hannah-Barbera staff, Jim Davis of Garfield fame and frankly would lie down in front of a fire truck on the way to a four alarmer if I could meet the originator of Pixar's "Doc Hudson" the Fabulous '51 Hudson Hornet of "Cars" in exchange for a 5 minute pre-alarm interview.

Yes I went to Disney World a few years back. I met Minnie and Mickey. I hugged Mickey and took a picture with him. While hugging him I put my arm around like his waist and I felt nothing but air! It was weird It didn't feel like anyone was in the suit even though he moved and jumped around like a human. Maybe the person in the suit was really skinny or something. It was a nice experience though!

I did! I met a bunch of Disney characters when I was 3.
Before the show, I saw some of them back stage with half of their suit on, so when I got to meet them up close, I tried to pull Goofy's head off.

I remember meeting the Walt Disney characters as a child. All I recall was thinking how pretty Minny looked.

Yes, I've met a few: Mickey and Goofy as well as Bugs Bunny (at a theme park that I don't even know if it exists anymore called Great America), and Tony the Tiger (at one of our local supermarkets).

haha, come on, no kid seriously believed that that was actually donald duck at disney land, i mean he was made of fabric, not feathers. and the whole time he had one look on his face and never blinked. and to top it off, he never said a word. children deserve more credit then expecting them to believe that thats a cartoon. ask any kindergartener how a cartoon is made, they know it all.
