1: Pick a core team of 20 players and only play these players for at least 1 and half years , rotating them ;especially the fast bowlers.
2: Do away with matches in very hot summer season(Is BCCI listening ? ) .
3:Do not change players too frequently and do not keep them forever if they are playing badly.Also drop even a star player for 2-3 matches if he is not performing good.This will benefit the player himself as he can go out and improve his Batting/Bowling.
