Theoretically if you were able to travel twice the speed of light for a distance of 40 light years and return at the same speed you would have aged 40 years, while every one else that you left behind would have aged 80 years. In their perception, and yours, you would surely live longer then them, but in reality your lifespan would not have changed. That is determined by genetics, lifestyle and circumstance. Only the place in time that you lived in would change.
Time is a constant, it does not move or pass, we simply travel through it. The speed in which we travel through space affects our perception of time. The light from the stars you see at night was emitted many thousands of years ago, it took that long for us to see them as we do today. Actually we see them as they were, not as they really are today.
Another way to see how your perception of time changes with regard to your perspective without leaving Earth is to think about your childhood. When you were five, a year seemed to take forever. It represented 1/5th of your life. When you are twenty-five that same year seems to have passed by five times faster because it represents 1/25th of your life. In this case time did not change, only the way you perceive it.

So the answer to your three questions is: No, sort of and no.

Enjoy the time that you have. It is not moving, you are the one moving through it.
